Copyright & DMCA Policy

Tronor LLC ("Tronor," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of T-Sketch (the "Service") to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. 512.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on or accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notification to our designated agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL or screenshot).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 5 business days.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the Northern District of California), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of that person.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
Tronor maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice.
We consider the following when determining appropriate action:
- The number and nature of takedown notices received
- Whether the user has submitted counter-notifications
- Whether the infringement appears to be willful
We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for copyright infringement, even on a first offense, if the circumstances warrant it.
5. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake, may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not make false claims.
If you are unsure whether content you want to report infringes your copyright, you should consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notification.
6. Content Removal
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the user who posted the content that the material has been removed
- Provide the user with information about how to file a counter-notification

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
