Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and any profile information you choose to provide (such as a profile picture).

Content. We store the sketches, drawings, images, text, and other content you create using the Service ("Your Content").

Payment Information. When you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment card information, billing address, and related details. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive and store information associated with your payment (such as the last four digits of your card, card type, country of origin, and billing email).

Communications. If you contact us for support or other purposes, we collect the information you provide in those communications.

Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, pages visited, features used, and the dates and times of your interactions.

  • Business Transfers. If Tronor is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change by posting a notice on our website.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Data storage and infrastructure
  • Stripe — Payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)
  • Vercel — Website hosting and content delivery
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — Real-time collaboration infrastructure

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

We retain your account information and Your Content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to you. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and Your Content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

De-identified and aggregated data that can no longer be used to identify you may be retained indefinitely.

Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals, as there is no industry standard for DNT.

Your information is processed and stored in the United States, where Tronor is headquartered. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.
